Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is searching for **Staff Engineer Software** to join the Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) Directorate in our Research and Advanced Design (R&AD) Division in support of R&D activities spanning multiple sectors and programs, in **Melbourne, Florida** and will be primarily based within our office spaces to support program and business needs. Operating on our 9/80 schedule, meaning you will get every other Friday off. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
