Description:

As the SOC Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for driving consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across all Security Operations Centre reporting. You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle—from format design and data validation to timely publication—ensuring outputs are tailored for senior executive stakeholders. Your work will elevate security awareness across the organisation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and promote a culture of transparency and engagement through impactful, data-driven storytelling.

Required:Strong background in reporting, data visualisation, and executive communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlinesEvidential experience of driving/teaching data quality and consistency across a functional operation or similar.Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 or similar.Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill team members, particularly in areas such as data quality, formal writing standards, and policy documentation best practicesProven experience in security operations, cyber defence, or a related field.Desired:Experience working with senior leadership or board-level reportingExperience in a global or matrixed organisationProficiency in tools such as SIEM platforms and subsequent query languagesFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)Knowledge of automation and scripting for reporting (e.g., VBA, Python, PowerShell)
