Staff PSI Analyst

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in driving, mentoring, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives across functions within BEC LS Suzhou. This role will serve as a key coordinator among marketing, commercial teams, master schedulers, and global finished goods distribution, ensuring alignment and execution toward departmental strategic objectives.

Take the responsibility of collaborating with regional sales team, DC planning team and Ops team for forecasting and utilizing Heijunka to leverage production/supply plan.Work closely with local Distribution Center planners and CSRs for closing backlog, driving global OTD and coordinating DC for global inventory control.Cross function working with manufacture and buyer, driving internal OTD, inventory and inventory turns improvement.Utilize DBS tool, identify the problems on forecast, OTD and inventory and solve/improve it through Kaizen.Coordinate with internal function, such as project team, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, and external function, such as Distribution Center planner and CSR before new project launch to mitigate the roadblocks in the early of ramp up.Daily Order Management, including order confirmation, shipment and tracking.Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplinesExperience of integrates with other functional departments, such as production, procurement, QRA, marketing, etcExperience in international coordination, especially on inter-company coordination.Experience with Oracle or the other ERP systemActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsMay lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, for example, production planning for sales peak season, goods return from DC.Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketA minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning is required; prior experience in demand forecasting is highly preferred.
