Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels;To identify and address risks while promoting accountability across the organization;To deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards using the strategic approach and strong leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience in program/project management leading complex technical initiatives;Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related technical field;Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs with significant business impact;Strong technical knowledge of regulated product development processes and quality systems;Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels;Experience with project management methodologies, tools and best practices;Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking;Fluent in English.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €3 791,67–€5 685,42.
