About the Role
Are you passionate about building tools that help game developers create high-performance, immersive experiences? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our software profiling and performance analysis tools used across our game studios.
In this role, you’ll shape the future of how our developers identify bottlenecks, optimize frame rates, and deliver smooth gameplay across platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of game engine technology, developer workflows, and performance engineering to ensure our games run flawlessly on every device.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product China roadmapOwn the China roadmap for in-house and third-party profiling tools used in game ecosystem.Align tool development with the needs of game teams, game studios, engine developers, and platform partners.Understand Developer NeedsCollaborate with game team engineers, graphics team, tools team in US and QA teams to understand performance pain points.Gather feedback from internal studios and external partners to continuously improve tooling.Drive ExecutionTranslate technical requirements into clear product specs and user stories.Work closely with engineering to deliver intuitive, powerful profiling tools that integrate seamlessly with game engines and commercial gamesChampion Performance CulturePromote best practices for performance profiling and optimization across the company.Provide visibility into performance metrics and tool adoption.Measure & IterateDefine KPIs such as tool usage, performance regression detection rates, and developer satisfaction.Use telemetry and feedback to guide iterative improvements.Qualifications
5–10 years of Developer Tools product management experience, ideally in game development tools, performance engineering, or developer platforms.Strong technical background (University degree required: Computer Science degree or equivalent technical degree).Familiarity with game profiling tools (e.g., PIX, RenderDoc, Unreal Insights, Razor, VTune, etc.).Understanding of basics of real-time rendering, CPU/GPU bottlenecks, and memory management in games.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams, must be able to speak Chinese & conversational English.Additional Experience preferred
Experience working with game engines (Unreal, Unity, or custom).Background in game development, graphics programming, or performance QA.Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for what makes games run smoothly.Why Join Us?

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
