**What you'll bring**
**Who You Are:**
**Strategic Platform Thinker:** 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling complex platforms or ecosystems, preferably in fintech, lending, payments, or financial services. Experience with marketplace or multi-sided platforms is a strong plus.
**Lending & Risk Fluency:** Solid understanding of lending products (consumer/SMB loans, lines of credit, trade credit), credit risk principles, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
**Ecosystem & Integration Expertise:** Deep understanding of how to leverage data and capabilities across disparate products to create unified customer experiences and drive network effects. Experience working in or with large product ecosystems is crucial.
**Data & AI Acumen:** Strong understanding of leveraging large datasets for product innovation. Passionate about AI/ML/GenAI and its application to solve customer problems at scale. Ability to partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering.
**Growth Mindset (Ecosystem Focus):** Proven experience driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through platform strategies and integrated experiences. Focused on making your product area a primary acquisition channel.
**Customer Obsession:** Deep empathy for SMBs and consumers, particularly around financial stress and credit access. Experience building products that become essential to daily workflows or financial health.
**Exceptional Influencer & Communicator:** Outstanding ability to build relationships, align roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple senior product leaders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations). Master storyteller.
**Technical Proficiency:** Ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture on platform design, APIs, and data integration challenges.
Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Master's degree in a related field is highly desirable.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $180,500 - $244,000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. **What You’ll Do**
**Define the Destination Lender Strategy:** Craft and evangelize the product vision and strategy to position Intuit as the primary lending destination for consumers and SMBs. Make lending a core acquisition driver and ecosystem differentiator.
**Build the One-Stop Credit Platform:** Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a unified lending platform offering loans, lines of credit, and trade credit solutions. Create a seamless, integrated experience that feels native across TurboTax (e.g., refund advances, debt consolidation), QuickBooks (e.g., cash flow-based financing, supplier payments), and Credit Karma.
**Leverage the Intuit Data Moat:** Champion the innovative use of unique Intuit ecosystem data (income, cash flow, tax, business health, credit) combined with AI/GenAI to deliver hyper-personalized offers, instant decisions, fairer risk assessment, and superior customer experiences that only Intuit can provide.
**Drive Ecosystem Synergy:** Identify and execute on high-impact opportunities where lending deeply integrates with and enhances other Intuit products, creating powerful "jobs to be done" solutions that increase overall customer value and retention. Make lending a reason to start and deepen an Intuit relationship.
**Lead Cross-Product Integration:** Collaborate intensively with Product Leaders across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp to embed lending moments naturally and compellingly within their user journeys. Define the platform capabilities needed to enable seamless cross-product lending experiences.
**Champion Fairness & Access:** Ensure our platform expands access responsibly, using AI and alternative data to serve underserved segments while rigorously upholding fairness, transparency, and compliance (Fair Lending, UDAAP).
**Own Platform Growth & Metrics:** Define and track success metrics focused on ecosystem impact: user acquisition driven by lending, cross-product adoption/retention, platform utilization, total credit facilitated, customer satisfaction, and fair access benchmarks.
**Set the AI/GenAI Agenda:** Drive the strategic application of AI and Generative AI across the lending lifecycle (personalization, automation, underwriting, risk, servicing) to create magical experiences and unmatched efficiency for customers.
