Role Summary Role Summary: The Staff Product Analyst, Planning Process & Systems will drive the strategic development and enablement of critical Supply Chain capabilities across Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). This role is pivotal in transforming our supply chain's efficiency and resilience through advanced process and system solutions. Key Partnerships: This role requires extensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including: Supply Chain Planning Sales & Demand Production Scheduling New Product Introduction Material Planning SAP IT Oracle OTM Kinaxis APS Software Engineering This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain Process & Systems. Ideally this candidate would be located onsite at our plant in Normal, IL. Hiring team will also consider Irvine, CA or Plymouth, MI. Responsibilities Strategic Roadmapping: Define the target state for supply chain processes and systems architecture, leveraging deep industry best practices and extensive stakeholder collaboration. Develop and prioritize a logical product roadmap to achieve the defined target state, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Product Ownership & Leadership: Act as the product owner for designated supply chain planning systems, guiding their evolution and ensuring they meet evolving business needs. Transformation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain transformation projects within the S&OP, S&OE, and Material Planning pillars. This includes orchestrating all required internal stakeholders and managing any necessary external support. Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert and leader within the Supply Chain Organization, championing process and systems best practices. Lead by example, embodying the core cultural values of the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with both business and technology partners to foster integrated planning and seamless execution. Data Analysis & Metrics: Proven ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze complex supply chain data, and leverage insights to drive product improvements and business outcomes. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Hex) is a plus. Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and practices for product development, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint ceremonies. Change Management: Experience in leading change management initiatives related to system and process transformations, ensuring user adoption and success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field. 6-8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain operations, planning, and/or transformation roles. Hands-on experience with S&OP, S&OE, and Material Planning capabilities, preferably within the Automotive sector. 2+ years in a product management role, demonstrating successful implementations or significant transformations. Highly organized with a proven ability to define, translate, and implement a complete end-to-end product roadmap. Demonstrated experience working within and delivering process/system transformations utilizing complex enterprise solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Transportation Management Systems (e.g., Oracle OTM preferred), Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., Kinaxis preferred), and custom-built solutions. Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with large-scale ERP implementations and migrations. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $137,800 - $172,200 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Illinois & Michigan Based Applicants: $125,800 - $157,200 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
