Your New Role:
We’re seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of internal enterprise tools and platforms that support key operational capabilities across Warner Bros. Discovery. This role requires someone who is analytically sharp, detail-oriented, and deeply collaborative, with a strong ability to connect the dots between business needs and technology solutions.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, development teams, other technology teams, and operational users - shaping roadmaps, driving delivery, and ensuring real-world value is delivered. This is a hands-on product role, ideal for someone who excels at synthesizing complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that platforms are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.
Your New Accountabilities:
Product Ownership & Delivery Execution
Own & iterate the roadmap for multiple internal enterprise products — including platform integrations, archival tooling, and custom-developed enterprise solutions.
Translate business needs into clearly defined product requirements and user stories that development teams can execute on.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization discussions, and user acceptance testing in close collaboration with technical leads and SMEs.
Actively collaborate with the development team (primarily in Atlanta and Mexico City) to ensure product vision aligns with system capabilities and constraints.
Coordinate delivery plans across multiple product lines while balancing dependencies, capacity, and evolving stakeholder needs.
Partner with vendor, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure solutions meet internal policy requirements (e.g., archival retention, privacy, access control).
Track risks, manage escalations, and proactively address blockers to keep initiatives on track.
Develop supporting documentation - process maps, wireframes, feature guides, decks - to clearly communicate product functionality and user value.
Strategic Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the voice of the user - gathering input from business users, analyzing workflows, and validating product effectiveness post-launch.
Build product documentation that serves multiple audiences (technical teams, operational users, and senior leadership).
Lead change management and stakeholder training efforts to ensure adoption of new tools or enhancements.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation within products to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows.
Stay abreast of enterprise product trends and emerging technologies — sharing applicable learnings with the broader team and incorporating them into roadmap thinking.
Qualifications & Expertise:
Required:
8+ years of experience as a product manager, program manager, or business systems analyst in an enterprise or internal tools setting.
Experience managing cross-functional delivery of complex systems, ideally with a mix of custom-built and vendor platforms.
Proven ability to translate business goals into technical product requirements and iterative features.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills — especially the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience developing decks, process flows, and supporting visuals to align stakeholders and document solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)
Working knowledge of modern tech concepts including APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/automation fundamentals.
Preferred:
Background in enterprise solution delivery and process optimization.
Familiarity with product design tools (Lucidchart, Figma, Miro) or data tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience using AI or automation to streamline internal processes — and navigating implementation through enterprise risk or compliance reviews
