The Risk Product team is crucial in enabling Fintech Risk Management to detect and mitigate fraud, financial and compliance risks. The compliance risk pertains to a wide range of regulatory domains such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Consumer Protection, and Sanctions, among others. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our team. This role will focus on leading the transformation of how customers experience money products, specifically within the context of Fintech compliance and underlying risk management. You will support our critical areas of focus: revolutionizing speed to benefit, infusing AI into our Fintech compliance and risk lifecycle end-to-end, and empowering our risk operations team to make high-quality decisions when human intervention is needed.

In this role, your focus will be to build the strategy and roadmap to accelerate our mission to elevate our Fintech compliance controls, scale risk operations with AI and automation, and reduce customer friction, all in service of our business growth strategy. Our customers and partners are highly cross-functional, globally distributed, and strongly technical. This role requires a strong display of driving technical partnership, deep customer empathy, and specialized knowledge in Fintech compliance to deliver outstanding business outcomes.
