We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Intuit Money team, a mission-driven group dedicated to making financial progress possible for everyone. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer experience across Credit Karma's banking and money management products, setting the vision for how millions engage with their finances.

As a Staff-level designer, you will be a leader on the team, setting a high bar for craft, driving design strategy, and mentoring other designers. You'll collaborate closely with product , engineering, research, and data science partners to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences that empower people to make confident financial decisions. You should be a maker, not afraid to take on complex challenges that lead to paradigm-shifting ideas, and thrive in ambiguity as a creative systems thinker. You’ll be part of a design team dedicated to creating game-changing user experiences that help power prosperity for our customers.

The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area: $179,500- $243,000

Southern California: $173,000- $234,000
