Job Description: **Job Overview** Organize, direct and allocate ME team member to support MFG for new project development and process improvement, provide technical resource to team member with the objective to ensure the production running successful and meeting the cost saving targets within Engineering policies, procedures and systems. **Job Requirements** **Planning and Budgeting** Implement department budget and plan,Collect performance data of team and establish the improvement plan,Distribute the task to team member in order to achieve targeted team performance. **Policies and Procedures** Establish the working Procedures & provide feedback and advice in order to ensure the efficiency for team workflow **People Management and Development** Allocate the allocation of work across team member & Mentor, develop and motivate team member in order to achieve targeted team performance and talent. **Key project technical Support** Provide the technical support to engineer to ensure the key project running well in order to effectively support production and new business development **New Product pilot run Support** Implement new product pilot run program including documentation, tooling /equipment application in order to effectively support production and new business development **Training program support** Execute IDP program to engineer for engineer development in order to build a effectively team for better performance **New project development** Balance resource to Support new project development in order to effectively support production and new business development **Tooling and equipment** coporate with mechanical engineer to develop tooling /fixture and automation solution in order to effectively support production and new business development. **What your background should look like** 1. Bacheloer's degree or above, majored in Automation or Electrical Engineering, familiar with electrical control theory and design 2. Minimum 5 years cable assembly working experience with management experience 3. Experience specifing, programming, & trouble shooting Servo Controls and electrical troubleshooting 4. Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills. 5.
