SAWベースのRFフィルター開発を担当いただく熟練したプロセスインテグレーションエンジニアを募集しています。この職務ではフロントエンドプロセス全体の開発サイクルの管理をご担当いただくと共に、FEプロセスの欠陥評価、検出のためのAOIの構築及び検査基準定義においてリードしていただきます。高品質、高歩留な製品の垂直立ち上げを実現し、新規立ち上げから量産展開まで一貫してプロセス開発業務を主導、推進していただくことになります。開発全体を見渡した広い視野を身に付けることができると共に、インテグレーションとしての開発におけるリーダーシップを養うことができます。

 

Key Responsibilities 業務内容

- SAWベースのRFフィルターの新規プロセス技術の導入から量産展開まで一貫した、プロセスインテグレーション業務を担当いただきます。

- 新規技術の導入に当たり、既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセスフローの構築を行っていただきます。

- AOIの導入及び、検査基準の構築を推進いただきます。

- 安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保するため、適切な検査工程の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施していただきます。

- AOIを使って不良要因の特定を行い、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進いただきます。

- 設計、製造、品質保証、および研究開発チームと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。

- 計画、スケジュール、リソース割り当てなど、プロセスの開発と改善に関連するプロジェクトを管理します。

 

We are seeking a skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team in the SAW-based RF-Filter manufacturing sector. In this role, you will manage the entire front-end process, overseeing the development cycle from the introduction of new SAW technologies to their deployment in mass production. And you will also lead the construction of AOI for defect evaluation and detection in FE process and definition of inspection standards.

You will lead a team of process experts and collaborate with members from cross-functional teams. Your primary objectives will be to enhance processes, implement best-in-class solutions, and drive improvements in quality and productivity. You will be part of the Process Integration team within the SAW Development department.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet design specifications and performance requirements.

· Integrate new technologies and materials into existing processes, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

· Promote the introduction of AOI and the establishment of the inspection standards.

· Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent quality and yield, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Identify the cause of defect by using AOI and promote improvement activities, such as process optimization and variability reduction.

· Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless process integration and resolve any technical issues.

· Manage projects related to process development and improvement, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- TC-SAW / MPS及び半導体業界でのインテグレーションもしくはプロセスエンジニアとして8年以上のご経験

- 半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識

- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験

- 半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入の経験

- プロジェクトリーダー、チームリーダー、モジュールリーダーとして半導体デバイスに携わった経験

- 半導体デバイスにおける歩留改善活動の推進経験

- ウェハ基板およびインラインプロセスの欠陥評価・検出のためのAOIプロセスを定義および実装経験。

- 欠陥、故障、パターンを検出するためのAOIアルゴリズムの開発および最適化の経験。

- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）

- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験

- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面及び口頭でのコミュニケーションが可能

 

Required:

· 8+ years of experience as a Process Integration Engineer or Process Engineer in SAW manufacturing or the semiconductor industry.

· Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, dry etching, metal/insulator film deposition, wet processes, CMP) and semiconductor devices.

· Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DoE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and analysis techniques.

· Basic business IT skills, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.

 

Preferred:

· Experience in the introduction of new processes and new products into mass production for semiconductor devices.

· Experience in process flow setup and optimization, including the establishment of Process Flow and Control Plans (PFCP).

· Experience working on semiconductor device as a project leader, a team leader and a process module leader.

· Experience in driving yield improvement activities for semiconductor devices.

· Experience in Definition and implementation of AOI for Substrate and in-line process defectivity assessment/detection.

· Experience in setting inspection criteria based on process characteristics and product requirements

· Develop and optimize AOI algorithms to detect defects, faults, patterns.

· Experience working in a cleanroom environment and handling various measurement tools (CD-SEM, film thickness measurement, etc.).

· Experience with data analysis using various tools such as Exensio and JMP.
