Define and track project success metrics, call out risks promptly, and work across the business to remove roadblocks and secure required resources. **Domain Expertise -** Provide subject-matter expertise across the full Additive Manufacturing value chain, including processes like powder handling and control, build support strategies and removal, part cleaning, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), vacuum-furnace treatments and related inspection/qualification methods. **Process Industrialization** - Lead equipment deployment and commissioning activities, including installation qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) where required.
