What you'll do:

As a Staff IT Analyst III / Scrum Master for our National Business Lines unit, you'll lead the review of current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit, or can accelerate, the business and technology strategy, and develop options or approaches to improve business outcomes. You'll lead work to develop and review artifacts that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics the determine root causes for constraints in the process. You'll work closely with our agile technical delivery team, various business partners and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in supporting the HOA program navigating the business through the systems implementation as well as mapping and alignment of critical business processes. You’ll actively identify alternative processes and practice options with associated impact on KRIs/KPIs or Operational Metrics. As the Staff IT Analyst III, you'll identify and facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to better understand the problem statement and/or opportunity, capture relevant insights. You'll also review any findings or artifacts produced to validate the right problem or opportunity is being assessed. Additionally, you identify, socialize, and obtain approval for, as well as the upkeep of, KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics.Lead large complex projects with the expectation of ensuring the business outcomes are achieved. Work to gain a full understanding of how your work connects to the defined Sprint Objectives in addition to helping define the work breakdown structure for any activities. Set & meet deadlines for that work, lead discussions with stakeholders and the subject matter experts to gather requirements and review artifacts while working to resolve any issues that impede progress.Develop list of critical documentation and artifacts to meet project objectives while also completing the development of high-quality deliverables through effectively communicating learnings, findings, impacts, and next steps with subject matter experts.Interact directly with business partners to identify pain points, organize Agile Ceremonies, identify / resolve opportunities with design and Scrum Processes Provide technical leadership and mentoring for a team of business analysts.Provide agile scrum coverage in coordination with the delivery leads.Leads business interviews to analyze and document current and future states along with product owner. Identifies, manages and tracks business and technical objectives Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the system processes and data structures that support HOA payments and property management company technologies.Documents business, technical requirements, and/or critical business processes using textual and visual modeling techniques like user stories, journey diagrams, mental models, business process flow, use case, system flow and state diagrams. Works closely with product owner, UI/UX designers, facilitate the generation of workflow, lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity wireframes.Gains knowledge and support data governance team by providing data mapping, data store, its intent, meaning, context, and lineage on the enterprise data catalogUnderstand and communicate on both technical and business front to all levels of staff and managementReview current documentation for applications and systems and take necessary actions as appropriate (create new, modify existing, etc.)Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.Use deep understanding of Microsoft Office tools, Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.), and/or other appropriate technical tools within a specific domain or functional area on the processes, data analysis, and IT governance.Leverage Risk Management experience from a large financial institution subject to heightened standards, specifically in risk, compliance, or corporate governance.

What you'll need:

7+ years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Experience in commercial payments, banking and lending solutions and products are a plus. Experience with money movement / payment solutions is highly beneficial.Experience leading others, either formally or informally.Experience in requirements gathering and documentation using techniques like user stories, business process flow, use case, system flow, state diagrams and data maps preferred.Good communication skills with any type of internal or external audiences.Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, MS Word, Visio Drawing and/or Lucid chart tools.Understanding of IT Service Management including Problem, Change, and Incident Management processes.Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization and conflict resolution skills.Understanding of UX artifacts like journey diagrams, mental models, persona reports, site maps, wireframes, and style guides.Working experience in an agile development environment and ability to run Scrum.Experience in report generation, SQL, data structures, excel macros are highly desired.Experience in programming or scripting languages like python, java script, type script, shell, batch is a plus.Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.Advanced in process and data analysis within a specific domain or functional area utilizing demonstrated critical thinking skills.Advanced working in Microsoft Office & relevant Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.), as well as technical aptitude & experience within a specific domain.Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.Occasional travel required.
