In this role, you will set the strategy for educational content that guides our users from onboarding through their professional development. You will be responsible for establishing the standards for how we design and measure learning, formally training other instructional designers, and shaping a best-in-class experience that drives both user success and business impact. + Provide project leadership and expert guidance to instructional developers, acting as the primary strategic liaison for program managers, associate IDs and SMEs to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. + Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle—from initial scoping and design through to implementation—by creating clear timelines, managing stakeholder communication, and implementing evaluation strategies to measure tangible business impact. + Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with key partners to identify needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to support performance-based learning objectives. + Lead or independently develop instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio, and video content (including scripts), storyboards, simulations, activities, assessment tests, etc.) that transform into professionally written, engaging learning. + Be the voice of the learner, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and helping our team iterate and improve on our content offerings.
