Job description

Sofitel Bahrain is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable staff housing supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of staff accommodations. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent people skills, and experience in facility or housing management, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations Ensure housing facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep Manage check-in/check-out processes for new and departing employees Maintain updated housing records and occupancy reports Address staff concerns related to housing and resolve issues promptly Liaise with external vendors and landlords when required Ensure cost-effective use of resources and utilities Enforce company housing policies and procedures Qualifications Proven experience in housing or facility management (preferred in GCC) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties and staff needs efficiently Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, reports, email) Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license (preferred) Additional information
