We are seeking a Staff Financial Analyst - as part of the Finance Team supporting the Supply Chain business unit. Focus in this role will include the support of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting/budgeting cycles for certain Supply Chain departments and accounts. Additional responsibilities include variance analysis and communication with department owners about materials usage and its impact on rate, volume and mix in earnings.

Your Impact Ensure financial calendar milestones are met; address issues early and communicate resolutions clearlyProduce routine and ad hoc reports to identify business trends and improvement opportunitiesAnalyze financial and operational data; build models to support decision-making (e.g., profitability by customer/product, price-volume-mix, variance analysis)Support senior management presentations (e.g., MBRs, budgets, strategic plans) as a finance partnerCollaborate with business partners to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processesConduct financial “what-if” analysis and prepare concise written summariesRespond to internal stakeholder requests (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting) with timely, accurate deliverablesAutomate and enhance monthly/quarterly reports and analytical processes Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field0–3 years of relevant experienceIntermediate Excel/database skills (complex tables, lookups)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively at all levelsDetail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentCurious, proactive, and willing to drive change

Preferred Qualifications
