Key responsibilities on research, data analysis, and support for the R&D department in developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring the success of projects. Responsible on product reliability test system, planning on reliability process flow activities and data analysis after stress test and other related tasks. Job Location: This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience exciting different local cultures in this historical state. Nearby are malls and various restaurants. It is also close to recreation parks and a stadium. What you will be doing: + Responsible for KPIs for area of responsibility as assigned by supervisor. + Lead and manage product qualification team. + Lead the qualification process for new products, ensuring they meet AECQ regulatory and performance standards. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive projects from concept to production. + Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and reliability. + Analyze test data and generate reports to support product qualification decisions. + Identify and resolve issues that arise during the qualification process. + Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards and AECQ regulatory requirements. What you will bring along: + Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Science or other Engineering related course. + Minimum 10 years’ experience in semiconductor environment. + Knowledge in reliability test requirement specially in AECQ and JEDEC specifications. + Knowledge in Machines/ Equipment operation, hardware and software, application purposely for the trouble shooting. + Knowledge in electrical and electronic. + Strength in statistical software tool especially Minitab. + Strength in analytical thinking, technical aptitude and problem solving. + Strength in project management in tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning, scheduling, and organizing and data management skills. + Soft skill: Able to communicate with cross functional teams, documentation and teamwork What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
