岗位职责:
1、负责测试团队用例体系的规划和落实，提升团队的测试设计能力，建立高质高效的用例体系；

2、建立以用户体验为导向的质量标准体系，把控质量标准风险及制定应对措施；

3、负责测试技术架构，分析改进测试流程，完善整合测试框架和工具链;

4、解决测试过程中的复杂技术问题，引入和推动行业内优秀的新技术和新思想，并在业务线落地;

岗位要求:

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；

2、五年以上性能/功耗/稳定性/自动化测试/测试架构等专业领域的工作经验;

3、良好的的沟通协调能力，问题解决能力，测试架构设计能力，对技术富有钻研热情。

4、具有高度责任心，良好时间管理和交付意识:
5、有团队管理及Top厂商相关工作经验者优先;
