As a Field Specialist - Pressure Pumping, you will be executing the operations of Pressure Pumping equipment.
Collaborate with the best
As a Staff Engineer within the Technology Testing Laboratory, you will assume a critical role in supporting the New Products Development process. You will apply systems engineering methodologies to design and deliver innovative testing solutions, as well as to plan, design, and execute comprehensive verification campaigns. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple organizations, contributing significantly to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the main technical interface between the Technology Testing Laboratory and all other functions involved in the projects.
Reviewing and approving product verification requests.
Preparing cost estimates and schedules for validation activities (design, procurement, assembly, commissioning, execution, and post-processing).
Preparing and presenting technical reports to internal and external customers.
Performing and supporting design and analysis activities using sound engineering principles while adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product or program requirements.
Providing technical guidance to test project engineering and systems engineering teams supporting assigned projects and developing action plans to address issues or problems.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Master’s degree in engineering or proven equivalent experience.
Experience in testing and design validation activities (minimum 5 years), plus at least 5 additional years in an engineering role.
Experience leading technical programs within an international and highly structured organization.
Knowledge of turbomachinery and familiarity with plant and process design.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamic measurement principles; industrial measurement sensors; and experimental data acquisition and analysis.
Strong analytical, process‑improvement, and project‑management skills.
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and build collaborative, inclusive teams in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and Italian.
