Looking for the optimization and capacity maximization on efficiency, while keeping under control costs and the customer experience. Responsibilities + **Supervision and Leadership:** + Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. + Motivate and inspire the team to achieve productivity and quality goals. + Manage workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. + Address and resolve team member issues or concerns. + **Fulfillment Process Management:** + Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from order receipt and inbound to shipping. + Ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and shipping procedures. + Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + **Inventory Management:** + Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses. + Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain inventory management systems. + Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts. + **Customer Service:** + Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and shipping. + Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. + **Training and Development:** + Train new operators with customer requirements and work instructions + Provide ongoing training to existing team members. + Review and provide input on training programs to help improve skills and knowledge. + **Quality Control:** + Ensure that all fulfillment processes adhere to quality standards and company policies. + Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. + **Safety:** + Ensure a safe working environment for all team members. + Follow and enforce all safety procedures and regulations. + **Technology:** + Proficient in using computer systems, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems. + Familiar with IT technology such as Service Now, InTune, AutoPilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and 11, mobile and tablets. + Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in fulfillment operations. + **Communication:** + Maintain open and effective communication with Customer Fullfillment Services (CFS) Engineers, operators, managers, and Intake PMs. + Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and performance feedback. + **Other Duties:** + Perform other duties as assigned by management. + Work to be performed on-site **@I Indaiatuba** , 5 days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday including 1 hour for lunch. **Qualifications** Key Skills & Knowledge + Hands-on attitude + Good people management and leadership skills + Strategic mindset + Operational excellence + Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills + Customer advocate with strong customer service skills + Works well in a global team environment + Good Communication Skills + Have good writing, communication, and critical thinking skills. + Prepare and/or support written internal and external communications (emails, reports, etc.) + Collaborate well with others and have a successful track record of collaborating across organizations and teams to deliver great results + Creative problem solving under pressure when working through customer issues + Fluent English level **Education and Work Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field + 3+ years of experience in engineering or technical roles + 3+ years of experience leading projects **Additional Locations** : * Brazil - São Paulo - Indaiatuba * Brazil - São Paulo - Indaiatuba * Brazil * Brazil - São Paulo * Brazil - São Paulo - Indaiatuba , * Brazil - São Paulo - Indaiatuba
