**Position Summary** We’re hiring a **Staff R&D Engineer** to lead the development and validation of advanced catheter technologies. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership, a good understanding of medical device requirements, and hands-on experience with equipment and process development. **What You Will Do** You’ll drive catheter process design and validation activities, lead cross-functional groups, and oversee equipment selection and integration. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, mentor junior engineers, and support the full product lifecycle up to commercialization. **What You Will Need** Experience in catheter development, validation planning, and equipment implementation. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of medical device or other highly regulated quality systems.
