Position Summary
We’re hiring a Staff R&D Engineer to lead the development and validation of advanced catheter technologies. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership, a good understanding of medical device requirements, and hands-on experience with equipment and process development.
What You Will Do
You’ll drive catheter process design and validation activities, lead cross-functional groups, and oversee equipment selection and integration. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, mentor junior engineers, and support the full product lifecycle up to commercialization.
What You Will Need
Experience in catheter development, validation planning, and equipment implementation. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid grasp of medical device or other highly regulated quality systems. Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical engineering or similar
