As an electrical engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

•    Translate the product/code requirement to the engineer design specification. 
•    Develop elevator electrical system architecture on power/communication/grounding etc. 
•    Design the elevator system concept with pros/cons analysis
•    Digest the breakdown of the system requirement/DRS and deliver the requirement to the subsystem or components of the elevator. 
•    Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
•    Design of cable of the elevator system. 
•    Develop and execute the test plan
•    Verify/qualify the design
•    Trouble shooting in the lab, hoistway or jobsite.  
•    Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, user’s manuals etc) 
•    Coordinate with other functions to ensure program success
•    Perform other duties as assigned and requested
成功的候选人需要具备
Experience: 
o    Minimum 3 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o    Design experience on 
    Architecture of complex electrical system on power, grounding, communication, etc. 
    Cable design for complex electrical system based on parameter. 
    Wiring diagram of complex electrical system. 
o    Working experience in global company or elevator industry is preferred
•    Language: 
o    CET-4 and above. Good in written and oral English
•    Computer Skills: 
o    ECAD tool for wiring diagram （E3 or Eplan is preferred）
o    Microsoft office tool set
