Summary: Seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer with expertise in electronics design for medical devices and regulated industries.
Requirements:
8+ years of electronics design experience BS in electrical engineering, MS preferred Experience with design of Electrical Medical Equipment (IEC 60601) Proficiency with Altium and product lifecycle tools Experience in flex circuits, PCB technologies, and board layout Knowledge of common communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, USB, MIPI, Ethernet, etc.) Experience with inductive sensing design High-speed sampling and routing expertise Familiarity with switching power supplies, BLDC motors, MOSFET driving and A/D Design for test and manufacturability experience EMC/EMI/ESD circuit improvement/hardeningResponsibilities:
Design electronic hardware for complex robotic systems Collaborate with Mechanical team on PCBA layout Support Embedded team processing and sensing needs Manage component selection, schematic capture, and board layout in Altium Develop assembly test equipment Conduct board reliability assessment and failure diagnostics Test and document robotic hardware Guide product and technology teams Coordinate project goals and progress; recommend revisions Set project technical strategic directionPay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
