As the Staff D&I Partner, Tech Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the customers we serve. You'll lead the charge in creating and executing our global strategy for external diversity and inclusion (D&I) partnerships and events, with a focus on attracting top tech talent from every corner of the talent pool.

Your strategic approach will align to Intuit’s overall hiring strategy and drive progress against our biggest bets while at the same time directly enhancing Intuit's brand as a top employer. You will manage D&I focused partnerships and events, collaborating closely with partners and internal teams to ensure our presence at key industry events is impactful and aligns with our goals for talent attraction, brand reputation, and engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic individual with strong relationship-building and project management skills and a passion for driving meaningful change.
