Job Description We're looking for a Staff Development Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll assist in coordinating all in-service and orientation training for staff and work closely with supervisory staff in all training needs. Requirements What YOU’LL Need: + Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferred + 2 years experience in quality assurance or staff development + 3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities + Certification as an instructor in CPR and/or Behavioral support training.
