Adecco is assisting in the search for an organized Staff Assistant position in Frankfort, KY. The ideal candidate can multi-task and has exceptional time management skills. If you meet the qualifications listed below and would like to find out more about the position, please Apply Now! This is a short-term, (30 day) 1st shift opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Pay at $15 an hr. Responsibilities for this Staff Assistant position include: · Assist with the creation of recruiting packets for shipping to various law schools. This will include sorting merchandise boxes, which will require lifting of heavy boxes, up to 50lbs. · Printing/copying of recruiting materials, assembling them into school packets, and label for shipping · Review of spreadsheet(s) of t-shirt sizes to identify all shirts that will go to an individual office. This person will then pull, fold, and sort t-shirt sizes based on individual office need. Boxes will then be labeled for distribution to offices. Qualifications for this Staff Assistant position include: · High School Diploma · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift · Computer and proficient typing skills · Basic literacy and numeracy skills · Self-motivated · Good customer service skill · Excellent attendance record Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
