**Key Job Elements:**
Minimum duties and responsibilities
• Assist with intracompany and intercompany payables and receivables;
• Support invoice grief resolution;
• Reconcile ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies;
• Monitor customer and vendor accounts;
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing to resolve grief;
• Support daily cash management and bank reconciliations.
Advanced duties and responsibilities
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes;
• Prepare reporting for established metrics;
• Assist with system configuration and testing.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
• 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in AP/AR or Treasury;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, LN preferred);
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Essential and Physical Activities Functions
• Strength – Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs;
• Motion – The position spends most of the time in an office setting. The position will require occasional walking, standing, stooping, and bending;
• Vision/Hearing Requirements – Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
• Work Environment – Work in temperature-controlled environment;
• Emotional Demands – Required to liaise with multiple levels within the organization, including senior leaders and manager. Individual must be well-spoken, able to manage multiple priorities and individual requests daily;
• Safety – This is not a safety sensitive position. It is primarily an office position requiring awareness of the safety requirement within the facility; must be capable of following all safety protocols.
