Job Description SummaryLegal Entity

Track the profitability of Legal Entity
Prepare the Cashflow for the Legal Entity
Co-ordinate with Tax, Legal & Transfer Pricing team for compliance around Legal Entity
Support on the Statuary Audit & ensure the smooth completion of the Audit.
NPI/NSI

Costing Analysis of New Projects and provide recommendations based on Financial Parameters, whether to proceed with the project or not.
Monitor actual performance against the projected Cost.
Ensure all the Compliances in place for new products.
Design the Accounting Flow, for smooth tracking of the product level profitability.
Commercial

Handle Commercial Role & ensure the smooth shipment from Facility.
Manage Accounts Payable
Budget Vs Actual

Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
IT Skills

Uses popular financial planning and analysis software.
Soft Skills

Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.


Qualification :-

CA/ICWA(CMA) qualification is Mandatory.

5+ years of relevant experience is required.
