Description
Seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Business Services team. This role is responsible for assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Support financial statement preparation and internal/external reporting
- Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation
- Contribute to tax filings (sales tax, 941s) and compliance-related reporting
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and student account processes
- Support cash management activities and monitor daily financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to GAAP principles
- Assist with budgeting processes and financial analysis as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support financial operations
- Participate in process improvements and special projects as assigned

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
