Manufacturing company experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)2 years of relevant accounting or accounts payable experienceWorking knowledge of general ledger accounting and month‑end closeProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP preferred)Description
The Staff Accountant role supports core accounting and accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling AP activity, supporting month‑end close, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position partners with internal teams and a shared services AP group to ensure timely vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, assist with journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations, and support audits and compliance requirements while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Itasca, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.50 - $38.50/hr.
