Responsibilities
Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger for all companies.Participate in the month-end close process.Prepare journal entries and perform other general accounting tasks.Engage in research and analytical problem-solving.Maintain a high level of detail orientation, reliability, and organization.Work independently and collaboratively with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.Respond to branch inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Prepare summary financial information and ad hoc reports for management as needed.Demonstrate good computer skills and learn new computer functionalities.Communicate effectively with others using various methods.Assist with external audits and prepare necessary schedules.Participate in special projects as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Proficiency in reconciliation, journal entries, and fixed asset management.Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.Familiarity with general ledger and accounting principles.Experience in month-end and financial statement preparation.Understanding of balance sheet and GAAP standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications
