Description As a Staff Accountant, you will be an integral part of our clients growing accounting and finance team, responsible for assisting in various aspects of financial management. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the financial health of their organization. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Responsibilities: + Collaborating in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards. + Conducting comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. + Engaging in revenue analysis and reporting, providing insights that drive informed business decisions. + Assisting in the month-end and year-end closing processes, contributing to the timely completion of financial activities. + Utilizing your proficiency in the SAP ERP system to manage financial data and streamline reporting processes. + Supporting the team in ad-hoc projects, audits, and initiatives aimed at process improvement and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: + A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full cycle accounting, demonstrating your knowledge of accounting principles and practices. + A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, showcasing your academic foundation in finance. + Proficiency in using the SAP ERP system, enabling you to navigate complex financial data and systems. + Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to think critically to solve problems. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. + A proactive and motivated attitude, with the drive to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
