You will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. call or text Edgar Gonzalez 209.395.2259 Responsibilities: • Prepare and file corporate tax returns with accuracy and compliance. • Manage sales tax reporting and ensure timely payments. • Record and analyze journal entries to maintain accurate financial data. • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all entries are appropriately documented. • Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions to identify discrepancies. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of tax-related matters. • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support. • Monitor tax regulations and implement updates as required. • Generate financial reports to support decision-making processes. Requirements • Minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting. • Proficiency in preparing corporate tax returns and managing sales tax. • Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger maintenance. • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance standards. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
