Description Responsibilities + Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, customer billing, and revenue recognition. + Post daily cash receipts accurately and timely within QuickBooks. + Monitor and analyze AR aging reports; follow up on outstanding balances and support collection efforts. + Reconcile AR accounts and ensure proper documentation for audit support. + Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and reclassifications. + Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial data is accurate. + Assist with variance analysis and internal reporting as needed. + Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AR, billing, and accounting workflows. + Support entity integrations, including system setup, data validation, and accounting alignment. + Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance leadership to improve financial accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). + 2+ years of accounting experience preferred, including AR and general ledger exposure. + Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop); strong understanding of AR workflows. + Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP preferred). + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. + Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
