Job Description Overview We are seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our Compensation Team within the Corporate group. This role involves full-cycle general ledger responsibilities, commission and travel expense reporting, and supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in asking questions when needed. Key Responsibilities  • Manage compensation accounting tasks, including commission accruals and travel & expense reporting.  • Perform weekly entries related to commissions and fuel expenses.  • Handle full-cycle general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.  • Prepare and maintain large spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.  • Assist with balance sheet and income statement preparation for month-end close.  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal control standards. Collaborate with team members and support process improvements. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.  • 1–3 years of staff accounting experience (not suitable for recent graduates). Experience with full-cycle general ledger processes. • Experience with Workforce or Salesforce. Ability to review contracts for customer payment terms.
