Staff Accountant
Staff Accountant Job Description The Staff Accountant will ensure operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines, such as FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, and cGMP. This role involves reviewing daily inventory reports for exceptions, updating various reports, and managing fixed asset creation and updates. Responsibilities + Maintain operational compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines. + Review daily inventory reports and resolve exceptions. + Update zero cost and unit of measurement reports. + Create and update fixed assets and CIP. + Manage monthly depreciation and fixed asset schedules using the Sage database. + Communicate with project managers and update capitalization status. + Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations. + Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports. + Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for managers. Essential Skills + Proficiency in cost accounting and general accounting principles. + Experience working with international companies. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. + One or more years of relevant accounting experience. Qualifications + Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field, or completion of 4 college-level Accounting courses. + Experience with Sage software is a plus. + High level of energy and consistent attendance. Work Environment The role requires working in the office five days a week. The environment is dynamic and requires regular attendance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
