Staff Accountant

Seeking a meticulous and analytical Accountant to join the team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of Alliant Royalties software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality through comprehensive testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of Alliant Royalties software, ensuring all financial data is accurately migrated and integrated.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the software meets business requirements and functions correctly.Perform parallel testing to compare the new system's outputs with the existing system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.Develop and execute detailed task cases to test various scenarios and functionalities within the software.Utilize Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables, to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, results, and any issues encountered, providing clear and actionable feedback to the implementation team.Work closely with the IT department, software vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth implementation process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
