Kforce is searching for a talented and experienced Staff Accountant for our client partner in the Houston, TX area. This contract engagement provides competitive compensation and benefits. The Staff Accountant will: * Prepare and process all relevant journals with appropriate supporting information * Maintain Balance Sheet Reconciliations in line with corporate requirements * Follow up on corrections and clearing of any required balance sheet reconciling items within appropriate timelines * Validating Subledger Reports (i.e., RNV, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders) * Carry out monthly close procedures and work under tight deadlines
