Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our growing finance team. This role will focus on core accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and banking operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and a strong foundation in accounting principles. As the company expands, this position offers the opportunity to grow into forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Prepare and post journal entries.Reconcile balance sheets and bank statements.Handle basic banking tasks and bank requirements.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Maintain and optimize ERP system usage.Support future forecasting and budgeting initiatives.Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time across multiple responsibilities.Essential Skills
Experience with accounts payable and receivable.Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation.Hands-on experience with ERP systems.General ledger management.Reconciliation expertise.Month-end reporting skills.Knowledge of SAP.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles.Willingness to travel for on-site training in PA.Ability to grow into forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.Work Environment
The position is based in an office setting, requiring on-site presence. Training will be conducted on-site in PA.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andersonville, Tennessee
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.25/hr.
