Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for comprehensive financial reporting, account management, and process optimization within the finance department. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial documentation, supporting month-end closing processes, and providing critical financial insights to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive monthly journal entries Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports Analyze financial details and report budget/forecast variances Provide root cause insights for financial performance Coordinate cash management activities Reconcile and maintain intercompany accounts Work closely with Central Billing and Collection team Manage work-in-progress (WIP), invoices, and past due accounts Compile and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes Engage with Corporate Accounting team Communicate effectively with Controller and Operational Leadership Demonstrate flexibility in handling additional job-related duties

Education, Certifications, and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of two years of related experience. In lieu of degree, four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
