Vendor Collaborator: Partner with vendors and oversee inventory processes to ensure everyone’s on the same page. Reporting Guru: Prepare jaw-dropping weekly and monthly reports analyzing cost variances, material consumption, and inventory details for management. Bonus points for spotting trends and delivering insights! Task Ninja: Juggle ad hoc projects, journal entries, and detailed evaluations with finesse while managing employee expense reports and other financial tasks. Work Order Wizard: Track major maintenance and facility projects through capital and non-capital work orders like a true strategist. Requirements What You'll Bring to the Table: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred OR Associates degree with 3+ years of accounting experience. Skills: + Solid knowledge of accounting and recordkeeping, bonus if in a manufacturing setting. + A sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data like a pro. + Stellar communication skills—for making even the most complicated data sound relatable.
