Description 70,000 - 80,000 Benefits + Paid Time Off + Health Insurance + 401k Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities related to the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, monthly close, reconciliations, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger (GL) integrity • Perform monthly account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close • Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and reporting • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls • Use QuickBooks for daily accounting operations and reporting • Support the finance team with ad hoc projects as needed Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of experience in accounting • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) • Strong Excel skills and general tech savviness • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
