The Staff Accountant is responsible for general ledger maintenance, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role collaborates across departments to ensure data accuracy and supports inventory and cost analysis. Payroll and Headcount Reporting: Supports HR and finance collaboration by ensuring accurate labor cost tracking and reporting.Daily Sales KPI Reporting: Involves generating and distributing key performance indicators to inform sales and operational decisions.Inventory Monitoring: Includes tracking excess and obsolete inventory (E&O), bookings, and backlog to support cost control and operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engages with operations, shipping/receiving, sales, customer service, and IT to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.System Proficiency: Ability to work with ERP systems and spreadsheets to support cost decisions and troubleshoot system issues.Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
