Description
\n\t\t\t\t\tAccounts Receivable functions including invoicing and collections.\n• Accounts Payable functions including AP invoice processing and cash disbursements (checks, ACH, Wire Transfers).\n*40% of job is AP/AR\n• Company Corporate Credit card program, including expense reporting and recording of expenses to the general ledger.\n• Cash Management including daily cash management, cash projections, bank account transfers, bank account reconciliations, etc.\n• Month end journal entries and account reconciliations.\n• Month end financial reporting and other monthly reports.\n• Executes Finance and Accounting projects.\n• Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies, including 1099’s, Property Tax, GST/HST Tax and Sales Tax Returns.\n• Payroll accounting responsibilities, including journal entries and related filings and returns.\n• Works with external auditors/accountants on completion of audit requests for year-end audits and tax returns.\n• Assists with annual budget preparation and quarterly updates.\n• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

\n\t\t\t\t\t-Credit card administration, treasury management, posting receipts, high transaction volume on credit cards (95% ACH, 30/week)\n*check runs every other week, less than 5 check, some wire transfers\n-AR (posting invoices, cash, credit policy management - credit insurance policy)\n-Collections is minimal (internal emails to their sites in China, 1-2 invoices/day)\n-Month end close, journal entries, financial statement and schedules (direct labor absorption, variance, budget to actuals)\n*month end close is 4 days - annual audit was just completed\n-Responsible for monthly analysis (during budget cycle, 3 updates for forecasting, putting in actuals, updating headcount and spend)\n-Journal entries (payroll via ADP bi-weekly, vacation accrual, prepaid expense)\n-Accruals (monthly interest, prepaid, management fee, branding fee, intercompany between China, temp labor, credit cards)\n-Responsible for reconciling prepaid, accruals, AR/AP, bank - low volume

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
