Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our financial reporting and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Here’s a snapshot of what your awesome days with us will look like: Core Responsibilities: ✅ Prepare invoices and ensure timely, accurate billing (yes, you’ll get those reimbursable expenses done in a flash!). ✅ Perform Monthly Journal Entries like a pro. ✅ Assist in creating Work-in-Process (WIP) entries — your work will help us tick like clockwork each month! ✅ Dive deep into contracts to make sure invoices align with contractual terms. ✅ Be a collections collaborator, coordinating third-party billing in partnership with management. ✅ Smash through month-end close tasks: reconcile bank, loan, and distribution accounts. ✅ Play a key role in audit and tax preparation. ✅ Maintain balance sheet accounts, deferred revenue schedules, and communicate balances (don’t worry, we’ve got the tools to empower you!). ✅ Jump into ad hoc reporting as needed – we appreciate problem solvers and proactive innovators! ✅ Collaborate with billing to understand BDA allocations, ensuring revenue settlements are aligned. ✅ Protect sensitive data — confidentiality is key! ...And other exciting tasks that’ll make a difference in how we operate!
