Description 65,000 - 75,000 Benefits: + insurance + 401k with a match + generous PTO plan Our international manufacturing and distribution client in Woodbridge is seeking a Staff Accountant with 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Any experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required. This is a hybrid role and will work three days a week in the office. + Manage rebate programs, including forecasting, processing, and variance analysis + Provide documentation and schedules for audit support + Prepare and reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts + Review and enter AP, AR, and cash receipts, ensuring sub-ledger accuracy + Conduct budget variance analysis and prepare department-specific reports + Maintain the General Ledger and prepare Weekly & Monthly Adjusting Journal Entries + Maintain and track customer contracts, ensuring timely updates and accuracy + Research and resolve chargebacks and deductions + Assist the Controller and broader finance team with ad hoc and ongoing accounting tasks + Oversee financial statement preparation and ledger account completion The company offers an excellent benefits package including insurance, 401k with a match and generous PTO plan.
