Job Description

Record and update repo car information in the system.Prepare and follow up on the terminate call list for overdue accounts.Summarize daily debt collection reports and follow-up results.Summarize contracts with scheduled payments and those with missed appointments.Receive customer complaints and coordinate to resolve issues appropriately.Handle incoming calls from customers and negotiate payment solutions.Send installment payment documents to the team or customers as required.Summarize and follow up on additional debt collection tasks requested by the OA team.Send updated vehicle tracking maps or details to the OA team to support collection activities.Send transfer fee payment documents to the team or customers.Send vehicle release documents to the storage yard or relevant parties.Coordinate and communicate between internal teams and customers to support smooth operations.Send emails to suspend collection activities as instructed.Send emails to suspend or withdraw legal actions as required.Summarize and report changes in team assignments related to collection work.Review accounts scheduled to flow into collection processes.Provide past payment receipts to customers upon request.Record and update information on redeemed vehicles or vehicles marked as “do not sell.”Summarize the total number of redeemed vehicles.Send the list of shift payments and summarize total shift payment amounts.Summarize and report overall payment results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field2 year experience in debt collection or customer serviceGood communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented and able to multitaskTeam player with a proactive attitude
