**Overview** **Position Summary:** We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Stadium Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers. This position may require working during live events or after events have concluded. **Pay:** $17.75 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_Spanish\_v2\_9.5.24.pdf) (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Clean and sanitize seating areas, concourses, restrooms, locker rooms, suites, and balconies. + Remove trash and recyclables from bins and designated areas. + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and pressure wash surfaces as needed. + Restock restroom supplies and report any maintenance issues. + Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. + Assist with setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment and supplies before and after events. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus. + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. + Comfortable working in large crowds and loud environments. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. + Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. **Working Conditions:** + Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. + Exposure to cleaning chemicals and loud noise levels during events. + Fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times between events. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
